I provide a bespoke service to clients requiring technical expertise ranging from strategy development, operating model definition, enterprise architecture definition, interim management & leadership of technology functions as well as programme assurance and board advisory roles. I set up Techana Ltd. following many years in senior IT roles at a variety of financial services organisations including Direct Line Insurance, RBS, Coutts & The People's Pension. My aim is to provide technology capability as a service to clients as and when they require assistance. As well as extensive technology experience, I bring a wealth of business product knowledge in Insurance, Banking and Pensions to each assignment I undertake.
