Our equipment primarily protects process equipment used to produce electronic devices, like Integrated Circuits, Solar Cells, FPD, LED, etc. To more rapidly expand its business activities into Asia, TecHarmonic has entered into a License Agreement with Inova Global Corporation (Inova), a California based company with strong financial support from China.
