Technology has evolved from being just a tool for coders and engineers to becoming an essential part of every functional area and discipline, including Sales, Marketing, Organizational Development, and Operations. As a result, companies are increasingly seeking professionals who possess a deep understanding of technology and its applications across various business functions. However, women are still significantly underrepresented in this field. Our core audience includes high school students, post-college graduates, and early career professionals. At techaWare, we are committed to promoting career awareness about the various occupational options available in technology. We achieve this by hosting in-person networking events, providing online career coaching, and partnering mentors with driven, technology-minded women.
