Technically Leading’s purpose is to “Improve lives through better leadership” we do this by helping technical experts to transition into leadership roles. We focus in the energy, engineering and construction sectors, but have also had success in other fields where people are techsperts - education, science and health. We offer several services: 1. Strategic Advice, Strategy Development and implementation. We help leaders understand themselves and their impact on others, utilising Human Synergistics - Life Style Inventory and Group Style Inventory to illicit measurable change, improving effectiveness and alignment. Core to our service is finding clarity for our clients, enabling them and their teams to focus on the areas of the business that make the most difference.
