I have always been fascinated with the systems developed by businesses and, more specifically, the way in which we interact with them. As a consumer, I have long observed the disconnect that exists, almost universally, between what was originally intended and the actual user-experience. Having a professional background that is as comprehensive as it is diverse, enables me to identify potential user-interface, data/structural design, and workflow/business-process challenges which typically elude most development cycles. In all of my professional experiences over the past 20 years, I discovered that I am driven to bridge this technology gap. This niche. The tech niche. I am. The Technicheian.
