Technical Service Bureau Willems was founded in 1987 by Frank Willems. We are specialized in the development, production, overhaul and service of customer-specific machines. Mainly for welding plastics using high frequency (HF) welding technology. With this technique, plastic materials can be electromagnetically heated and welded together between 2 so-called electrodes in a press. Advantages compared to other heating processes: very even and very fast melting process, precise control of the melting process (dosage, duration and location) possible. The HF welding machines that we supply are used for welding a variety of products made from plastic foil material, plastic tarpaulin, textile and carpet products that are covered or treated with plastic, or combinations thereof.
