During TEI’s 13 years of existence, we have managed and executed many technical efforts, both on and off site, for the Department of Defense (DoD) and for commercial customers. We conduct our operations using standard business practices that emphasize open and clear communications that seek win-win solutions to project challenges. Whenever possible we leverage industry-standard tools to support both our internal and external processes. We have in place administrative and support systems for cost and time accounting, property management, security, training, and human resources that support our primary focus of producing high-quality software engineering products efficiently. Our technical staff consists of ~30 employees who typically hold degrees in the sciences and engineering specialties averaging over 20 years experience in software engineering, data modeling, database design, and test and evaluation. This experience includes rapid prototyping through methodologies closely aligned with previous guidelines in DOD STD 2167A, then MIL STD 498, and 12207. Our employees have security clearances at secret and higher, including several with access to special compartmented information; our physical facility has been cleared for top secret with a storage certification of secret.
