Technology Counsel Foundation (TECOF) is a non-profit, interdisciplinary platform dedicated to advancing clarity, collaboration, and responsible innovation across the rapidly evolving landscape of technology, policy, and law. Founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni from diverse professional domains - including leaders in technology law practice, in-house counsel from global tech organizations, eminent litigators, and senior technologists and product leaders - TECOF brings a unique, practitioner-led perspective to ever evolving tech-law ecosystem. We convene leading technologists, legal experts, researchers, and critical government and regulatory bodies to engage in high-quality dialogue, develop actionable insights, and strengthen national capacity in emerging areas such as AI governance, telecom and platform regulation, data privacy, algorithmic accountability, and digital public infrastructure. Through strategic collaborations with premier academic and societal institutions - including IIT Kharagpur, the National Law Universities ecosystem, and Ramakrishna Mission institutions - TECOF creates rigorous, accessible spaces for interdisciplinary learning, research, and cross-sector cooperation.
