Young graduates can undertake their own manufacturing businesses instead of seeking jobs. Field of composites is one of the fastest growing business in the world. Production costs of composites products range from low to very high, depending upon the usage. The aim is to provide on-line and hybrid training for introducing various topics in composite manufacturing, including basic knowledge, details of manufacturing, cost analyses, quality control procedures, health and safety aspects along with environmental protection and conservation issues. In addition to imparting training for taking up manufacturing business in the field of composites, personality development of young graduates and less educated persons will form a separate and essential segment in the proposed center/institute. This aspect is covered under the heading of Mentoring. Courses enlisted in this segment can also be tailored for corporate employer and employee in personality assessment techniques. In order to keep our young graduates abreast with new IT related technologies, lectures and courses will be available in the fields of smart systems and digital innovation. This will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to build and launch successful digital products and services. Course content will delve into some of the emerging technologies that are driving smart systems and digital innovation by exploring the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) and how they are changing the way we live and work.
