Technology-Results.com was established in 2010 to use my 15 year foundation of Agile and Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience in support of client proposal responses defining approaches to enable multi-year State Government project implementations requiring Integrated Eligibility System solutions (IES) and Health Insurance Exchanges (HIX). I have accumulated deep technical subject matter expertise in these enterprise areas through creation of detailed solution architecture, approach, and implementation strategies for states that include; MA, LA, AR, FL, TX, IN, and IA. Projects over the last 3 years involved deep dive articulation of the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and implementation approaches used to ensure federal gate review standards are met and to define the detailed methodology used to meet the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) seven standards and conditions for obtaining enhanced federal funding for eligibility systems development. Specific focus was placed on how the IES/HIX architecture, methodology, and implementation strategies would be established in a capacity which proactively identifies and mitigates risk.
