Our team of technicians are all CompTIA A+ certified, and we also have various certifications including but not limited to MSCE, CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CISA. Jeffrey Daniel, Founder and CEO of TechSquad, Inc, has worked in the IT industry since 1990. Jeffrey has served in many different roles throughout his years, for Director of IT services for a major medical practice to running independent IT companies throughout South GA. In 2014, he decided to start his own IT company because he saw the need for an honest and dependable IT Service company in the area. In 2020 Jeffrey brought Glenn Sibley in as a partner and Chief Operation Officer to handle all the day-to-day operations of the company. Glenn brought with him over 30 years of IT experience, as well as a drive to increase efficiency and training. Bringing TechSquad from a reactive IT support company to a proactive Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
