Tecnofin Kenya Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in 2015 under the Companies Act. The principal business of the company is real estate development and construction. As a real estate developer, we are a qualified strategic partner for the Affordable Housing Program under the State Department for Housing and Urban Development. We are a consortium of seasoned developers who have consolidated their individual experience and capabilities to deliver large-scale projects. Each project is executed independently through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), such as the Pangani Affordable Housing Project, an initiative by the Nairobi City County Government in partnership with Tecnofin Kenya Limited. The project will see the renewal and re-creation of Pangani Estate, into innovative social and affordable housing concepts, which are a clever interpretation of multi-functional ‘micro’ apartments whilst the open market three-bedroom duplex apartments are efficient and roomy all ensuite masterpieces.
