TED brings ideas - ideas that can transform the world. Technology, entertainment, and design come together in delivering these ideas to a global community. TED believes in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives, and ultimately the world. Usually, in the form of short powerful talks, TED opens the door which you think was never there. These talks have global outreach through their freely accessible online videos. About TEDx- TEDx reflects the mission of its parent platform -"ideas worth spreading." It supports independent organizers who want to create a TED-like event in their own community. At TEDx events, a screening of TED Talk videos, or a combination of live presenters and TED Talk videos are brought together to inspire new possibilities and actions at the local level. About TEDx RCET- RCET is proud to receive a license from TED to organize a TEDx event on our campus. By organizing a TEDx event, we will come closer to the mission of the college -"transform one life, transform the nation." We believe these sessions will not only inspire our college community but also join ranks with other communities in organizing such life-changing programs. By organizing such an event, students will be re-affirmed of the belief that nothing is impossible. Thought-provoking videos and live conversations with some of the brilliant speakers will inspire young minds in every possible way.
