Tedxrru

The vision of TEDxRRU is to grow year-on-year under the “changemaking” theme with an aim to develop clusters of community, and build a thriving ecosystem united around changemaking. We believe that gathering as changemakers to share, seed and amplify thought-provoking ideas can create a shift in thinking and make a meaningful difference in our world. TEDxRRU will showcase speakers live on stage in the Dogwood auditorium on the beautiful Royal Roads University Campus on May 3rd, 2024. TEDxRRU is driven by a vibrant community of University staff, alumni, students, faculty, and local community volunteers actively lifting this into motion. This is a not-for-profit community building event fuelled by the volunteer spirit and the support of generous sponsors. Our 2023 event would not have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors BCI, inovia, RedBrick, Tiny, Heart Pharmacy, ICC, Tall tree, and Logan Accounting. Learning and leadership has taken place on the land for thousands of years. Royal Roads University rests upon the ancestral homelands of the Coast Salish people; the Xwsepsum (Esquimalt) and Lkwungen (Songhees) nations.
