The Selective Brush Plating Specialists TEI (NZ) LIMITED has the South East Asia and Australasian Agency for the LDC and SIFCO Selective Electro Brush plating technology. The LDC and SIFCO Selective Brush Plating process is an advanced electroplating technology. The process is a portable method of electroplating localized areas without the use of an immersion tank. The portability of the process enables technicians and operators to plate parts in their functioning state, saving money and minimizing downtime. Multiple materials are available for plating. Repairs can be carried out on all aspects of the engineering trade including printing, electric motors, marine, aviation, mining, power generation, pulp & paper, oil & gas, industrial machinery, heavy equipment and hydraulics. TEI (NZ) LIMITED has extensive hands on knowledge in Selective Electro Brush Plating process for over 30 years. We are able to offer the sales of chemicals and equipment, training, re-certification and technical support and backup. For the New Zealand market, TEI NZ Ltd has now set up stand alone Certified jobbing shops situated throughout NZ that are able to carry out the actual hands on repairs using the Selective Brush Plating technology. Damage from wear, corrosion, defect repair or mis-machining can be repaired using the plating process. The Sifco Process deposits can also offer wear resistance, low electrical contact resistance or corrosion protection. Numerous pure metals, alloys and applications are available using the selective plating process. In contrast to Tank Plating, the Sifco Process does not require extensive masking, special fixtures or elaborate equipment. The metal deposits have excellent adhesion and can be plated at rates that are 30 to 60 times faster than conventional tank plating.
