Established in 1990, the Toronto Electrical Industry Benefit Administration Services Limited (TEIBAS Ltd.) was founded to administer the group pension and benefit plans and provide services to the members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 353. We act on behalf of the Board of Trustees to effectively and efficiently administer the IBEW Local 353 Trust Funds and strive to be a trusted source of information and services to our stakeholders.
