We have a strong commitment to raising the digital-literacy levels of business owners and managers in Western Australia. Our vision is to help ‘tech-challenged’ business people learn how to adapt to constantly changing technologies, especially where it pertains to business. The digital divide is continually expanding and businesses face greater digital threats every day. By not understanding the basics of technology, business owners and managers are at a huge financial risk from internal and external sources, such as cyber attacks, social media misuse, and IP (intellectual property) loss. Our aim is to improve digital-literacy (a.k.a. e-literacy or tech-literacy) and ensure business owners and managers feel confident in facing the IT challenges affecting their businesses.
