TEKI-SL is a dynamic youth-led initiative founded and driven by passionate young Sierra Leoneans who intimately understand the challenges of professional development and job readiness in our local context. Drawing from our personal experiences navigating the professional landscape, we have designed comprehensive learning opportunities that directly address the skills gap in our community. Our innovative online training programs are thoughtfully delivered through a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS) and interactive virtual meetings, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for all participants. We have developed a focused curriculum that emphasizes relevant, practical skills training tailored to the Sierra Leonean and international job market. Our approach combines traditional learning methods with modern technological solutions, creating an engaging and effective learning environment.
