We have the capability to source and supply quality machined steel and special alloy castings for valves and pumps. With an in house product development and machining setup we excel at delivering components in short lead times. We have a wide range of toolings to support our machining setup and can deliver components at competitive costs. Our skilled machinists have a wide range of experience in developing critical components for the entire range of the valve industry. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and as part of our journey towards implementation of best practices, we have started our journey of 5S a year ago. We specialise in castings ranging from 2" to 16" with varying pressure classes. We have machined ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, mud gate valves, suction blocks, suction manifolds, wear plates, pump housings, impellers and top entry ball valves. Our machining setup includes horizontal and vertical machining as we ll as truning centres. We also have an entire range of quality instruments including a Faro Edge Arm and Trimos Height Master. We supply to a number of reputed valve manufacturers and foundries in Coimbatore. We also supply castings to customers abroad. Our core values are Engage, Inspire and Excel.
