Teknihall Benelux Since 2005, the independent after-sales service provider in the Benelux (and neighbouring countries). Both in-warranty and out-of-warranty services are provided to manufacturers and distributors of consumer goods. Teknihall Benelux offers various services, either modular or as a complete package:* Helpdesk/Customer service: first-line support for products, order entry.* Repair and SWAP service: technicians in own workshop who test, repair and exchange devices.* Parts service: daily shipment of parts/accessories to consumers or shops.* Storage: of products/spare parts in the warehouse.* Refurbishments: handling of returned items (also on site), making them resalable or recovering parts.* Temporary support in case of overflow. The favourable location on the border between the Netherlands and Belgium is also an asset. Teknihall Benelux focuses on a tailor-made, accessible and flexible approach.
