Tekno Foam Srl deals with manufacturing, transformation and trading of polyurethane foam, production of layers for matresses, sofa and pillows, noise-absorbing panels. We help companies realize custom-designed products, using the latest technology to plan, design and create a unique product. What mainly characterizes the production of polyurethane foam matresses is the multiple-layers assembly. The infinite combinations of this product give us the possibility to obtain different densities and lifts in a single matress. The opportunity "to compose" a matress allows us to obtain differentiated zone, ensuring great comfort whatever position the body assumes during the sleep: a more and more advanced matress. During the production of this "advanced matress" the assembling process has a certainly decisive role. A correct manufacturig process enables the assembly to be permanent, safe and completely non-invasive on the different densities. Installations and technologies employed during the gluing process ensure a uniform distribution of the product, creating flawless layers. Adhesives are water-based and environmentally sustainable.
