Telecoms Training is a telecom systems training company. Specialising in Aastra, Callview, Mitel, NEC, Nokia, RIM, Samsung and Siemens. We provide new and ongoing telephone system/technical/sales training & development to end users, engineers and network B2B contact centre staff. Our training sessions educate businesses on the telephone equipment and associated products supplied by the telecoms provider and manufactures. Our aim is to get every employee to use their new telephone system effectively. We supply planned training sessions, to incorporate new skills producing training needs analysis, creating user guides, leave behinds, training powerpoint presentations and quick guides. We set up demonstrations and meetings with potential customers. Our sessions included training 1to1, within small groups, classroom style, stage sets, roadshows, conferences and training videos.
