Telekonnectors Limited (TLK), a pioneer in communication headsets, analog phones and copper cable testers, started in 1986 responding to a request from Government of India to introduce line jack units, modular jacks, and Lightweight Professional Communication Headsets in India. Today our capabilities include a whole spectrum of activities like design, manufacture, sales and service of headsets for a wide variety of users including Air-Traffic Control, contact centers and business communications. Analog business phones, tone generators, tracers and specialty patch cords are new additions to our product range. TLK is unique in that it is the only Asian headset manufacturing company to be a “Technology Partner” of Avaya Inc, as well as the Cisco Developer Community and Microsoft Partner Network. Our solutions are tested and validated both by Avaya and Cisco to use with their respective range of IP desk phones and softphones. The company services headset and analog phone requirements of a whole range verticals in BFSI, IT, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. The customer list includes who is who in each vertical. The company employs 65 people and has offices in all key metro cities in India and has a strong representation in the Asia-Pacific region also. TLK services requirement of line testers for some leading telcos in the U.S. and Canada markets, through its wholly owned subsidiary in New York. AT & T, Verizon and Q-Tel are some of the more well known customers in the United States, for the testers product range.
