The training on telephone triage is appropriate for all health care providers who deal with patient care over the phone including GPs, nurses, occupational health nurses, physiotherapists, rapid response teams, rheumotology helpline nurses etc etc. Training on communications and customer services can be applied to receptionists, call handlers and staff operating any form of helpline. We ahve also developed tool to assist with auditing or reviewing for quality assurance purposes where telephone health care is delivered.
