Telepath Systems, Inc. is an investment and advisory group focused on creating and optimizing value for companies that provide remote asset monitoring and control (“RAMC”) services and solutions, through investment, acquisition, merger and other means. Basic tenants of Telepath’s investment strategy are to: identify opportunities and exploit emerging trends, find synergies among companies that provide similar products and services, optimize underutilized and underperforming assets to maximize returns, establish strategic partners and alliances to enhance value, and maximize long-term value through alignment of interests. In conjunction with our investment strategy, Telepath may provide advisory services to companies in the RAMC industry segment. Representative clients for advisory services including due diligence, business model and value chain analysis, investment, merger and acquisition support have included Inmarsat (LSE:ISAT) and Hughes Telematics (AMEX:HTC).
