OWN YOUR OWN COMANY We are looking for a qualified CEO and founder to establish a team and manage a new company. Guinness Telli*Phone Corporation was incorporated to develop and publish proprietary interactive networking software, online information platforms, variable search systems and simple, inexpensive automated internet advertising and web development tools. The Company built a prototype local online information platform Telli Marin with simple search tools for people to target specific local products and services and provide businesses with inexpensive internet advertising tools. Through Telli Marin we tested our products and tools to determine the best way to market the platform in the marketplace.(See Business Summary at Guinness planned to raise capital and build local online platforms like its prototype Telli Marin in other areas of the US and franchise them to local marketing people who live in the areas to operate as their own local search sites using Telli’s simple administrative program. However, due to the baggage that the Company built up over its research and development years, we do not believe that we can raise sufficient capital to move forward successfully. Therefore, we will assist in establishing a new company managed by a new CEO and license our technology and products to the new company to raise the required capital to establish and manage a network of franchised local online platforms across the US exclusively. In addition to its technology and products, Guinness will turn over to the new company all Telli business plans, cash flow statements and licensing and franchising contract and agreement outlines.
