Started up in 1994, its main goal being the development and marketing of application software. The heads of Telware clearly opted, as a basic concept, for the specialization in specific, vertical, markets trying this way to get closer of all the details that characterize each area. The big change that gave place to the actual Telware happened in 2006. Once again with the clear intention of foreseeing and anticipating its position in the National and International market, Telware established a new partnership with PRIMAVERA BSS and became an Integrator and Executive Partner. This new partnership proved to be quite productive and, by the end of 2007, it culminated with the acquisition by Primavera BSS of Softmoda application, being this way born the new product in the market – Primavera Retail. Although it keeps an internal development force, Telware stops being a Software House and clearly appears like experts in technical consultancy of management support. At the same time, Pilot Software was bought by SAP. Therefore, taking advantage of the strong technical team it possessed, Telware becomes SAP Special Expertise Partner.
