Ship Repairs form one of our core services at TEMA, where we bring over 50 years of industry experience to each project, building a diverse portfolio of challenging and complex repairs. Since our founding in 1964, much has changed in the industry, yet TEMA remains a steadfast legacy of hard work, family values, and high-quality service. We are proud to be recognized by our clients for our deep expertise and extensive experience in the maintenance of marine main engines, auxiliary engines, propulsion systems, and deck machinery. Additionally, we offer comprehensive capabilities to design, fabricate, and install new propulsion systems and deck equipment. Over the years, we have refined our processes to ensure that all work strictly adheres to ISO standards and consistently meets our customers’ expectations. Each project is meticulously measured, documented, and verified by two members of our management team before leaving our shop, ensuring precision and accountability. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of handling all types of engineering work. This includes eight lathes of various sizes (up to 12m in length and 1240mm in diameter), a 3.5m x 3010mm large horizontal boring mill, surface grinding machines, a dynamic balancing machine, two large radial arm drills, five milling machines of different sizes, a vertical lathe, and a 500-ton horizontal press, among other specialized equipment.
