At Temecula Valley Primary Care Physicians we incorporate modern technology and utilize a paperless electronic medical record (EMR) to maintain all patient information. Through our EMR we have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to your medical records. In the event you need to contact us outside of regular office hours, the on-call provider will have immediate access to your health information. We can also both electronically send prescriptions to your pharmacy and transmit lab requests to Quest labs. Our EMR also improves our communication with your other doctors. Through our secure patient portal, you can pre-register, request an appointment, ask a question, review your lab results and access your personal health record. We provide a wide range of services to patients of all ages.
