After spending ten years learning to create intricate craft cocktails, Haritha Gnanaratna decided to ditch a so-called key ingredient: alcohol. From a diversity and accessibility perspective, he had grown frustrated by the lack of options for folks who don't drink, or are looking to drink less. So he created Temperance Cocktails, to set a new standard for non-alcoholic drinks.
