tennews.in is floated by a group of conscientious citizens with a common passion for news. Though we belong to different professional spaces, each of us has since long been feeling the need to have a news portal, exclusively dedicated to the NCR Delhi region. (TDI) was launched by Union Minister of State for Tourism & Culture (Independent charge) and Civil Aviation Dr Mahesh Sharma on the day of Diwali 2013. Former Joint Director with the Central Bureau of Investigation and OSD to LG Delhi, Shantonu Sen is in charge of the news that flows into this website in his capacity as the News Editor, albeit honorary. He is ably assisted by Ms Sunita Mali who works as Associate News Editor. A number of prominent names in the field of journalism are also contributing their stories.
