The Ten South Group represents a series of real estate development enterprises. We are based in Chicago but develop and hold real estate investments across the United States. We specialize in the development, construction, ownership, and management of multifamily housing. We also have experience developing single-family homes, commercial complexes, and specialized housing. Such as housing for the elderly and nursing homes. Our multifamily housing portfolio includes luxury, mixed-income, workforce, and affordable housing developments – all of which we construct and manage ourselves. Our construction division serves as the general contractor for all Ten South development and redevelopment projects. Unlike nearly all other general contractors, it also operates its own captive subcontractor crews. Such vertical integration allows us to achieve maximum efficiencies of time and cost. Our firm’s commitment to sustainability and stewardship compels us to seek innovative and green building solutions wherever possible. We achieve federally recognized green certification on all new construction projects.
