Tenant Wellness mission is to provide an on-site wellness program for the tenants of hi-rise office buildings through an agreement with the property manager. Providing a fitness facility in the office building is a necessary lease incentive. Business owners and executives recognize the benefits of a wellness program in the workplace, so they can create a healthier, more productive culture. The rising cost of health care for employers and employees also motivates employees to participate in wellness programs. Health Affairs found every $1 invested in wellness programs saves $3 in healthcare cost to corporations. Tenant Wellness was created to meet the needs of employees by providing an on-site wellness program of exercise, guided activities, and mental stimulation. Programs and activities that promote physical, mental and emotional health that result in better productivity and healthier lifestyle. Proven successful activities include yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation and relaxation techniques. Health and wellness speakers are scheduled monthly based on topics expressed by the tenants through research and continual feedback.
