Tenbid Consulting is a consultancy that specializes in tendering, bidding and sourcing in the Danish marked. We help both companies and government institutions with bidding and tendering respectively. We believe that it helps us better understand and constantly stay sharp by seeing things from both sides. This helps us give our clients better advice and an edge when it really matters. And obviously, no, we are never ever involved on both sides of a transaction. Our main offerings are; tender strategy, tender project management, tender production and execution, sourcing strategy, sourcing plans, market strategies, bid strategies, bid management and bid production. We work in most sectors but have particularly deep expertise within IT, healthcare and life science, defense and government framework contracts. We were founded in 2017 but our experience goes much further back. All partners and consultants have many years of experience in the tendering, sourcing and bidding arena in Denmark. We know the Danish market, the dynamics and the peculiarities of how procurement works in Denmark.
