Having worked in the academic and corporate worlds for 15+ years, I understand the high-pressure and fast-paced environments that many of my clients face. Timelines, deadlines, launches, submissions… All the fun stuff! And yet, we get tired and burned out, especially if we are good at our job. To solve this problem, I have trained hundreds of people on how meditation can help them find inner peace and emotional strength. I offer customized meditation programs for organizations and individuals. My goal is to help my clients learn how to recover from stress and build mental and emotional resilience, so they can go back to work and be the superheroes that they are.
