We created TenderCare Disability Services to deliver quality care to people of diverse linguistic and cultural origins. Our fully-trained support workers foster an empowering and inclusive working environment that gives complete choice and independence to our clients. Tendercare was created with the intention of delivering quality care to people of diverse linguistic and cultural origins in Townsville and surrounding areas. We provide culturally appropriate and relevant care and support services. In delivering services, Tendercare Disability Services will abide by the NDIS Code of Conduct (Version 1 – May 2018) at all times and will also comply with the Human Services Quality Standards as prescribed by the Queensland Government. We are a disability service provider that identifies and develops multicultural tools to provide person-centered support services that are culturally appropriate and relevant. We provide a wide range of disability support services.
