It was founded to provide Human Resource and Payroll Systems project management and implemenation support to clients, including ongoing production support for the SumTotal/Acerro/Cyborg HR/PR Management System. We have the Project Management skills to ensure the milestones are met, the issues are tracked and the scope creep is kept under control. We can help you with: Planning - defining the goals and objectives and how to reach them; Familiarization - Gap analysis, prototyping and re-addressing the current needs; Design & Development - coding of enhancements and building of test data; Testing - Documenting and planning Unit, System, Integration and Parallel testing; Implemenation - Final cutover support.
