Tengi is a family run company and its operation has always been in Kópavogur. To begin with, the company was operated as a side-line enterprise, but grew steadily. One could say that the turning point in the operation was when Tengi began importing Mora bathroom and kitchen mixers in 1985. We are 100% behind the goods that we sell and the service aspect is a key issue. We have had excellent collaboration with designers, architects, plumbers and other professionals in the construction industry. We strive to follow all the latest trends in the sector as regards new products, and constantly seek to be the leader in the introduction of innovations; of looking at the environment in its present and future states. We regard Tengi as a professional company collaborating with professionals. We try to present our goods in a professional manner through e.g. presentations and exhibitions where representatives from the manufacturers are present. It is clear that professional interest into developments in the plumbing industry has increased considerably over the years and that plumbing issues have also become somewhat of a hobby. A company is only as good as the people who work in it. Tengi has been extremely lucky in having many exceptional employees. Many of our employees have been with Tengi for many years and have extensive experience and knowledge of bathroom/kitchen fittings and plumbing materials.
