At Tensor Tech we develop software and algorithms to trade in financial markets. We use the latest technologies to allow our small team to efficiently scale across many markets globally. Our research is driven by big data and the resulting algorithms are run on high-performance hardware using in-house developed software. We are strong believers in the open source movement and keep close relationships with the important communities by actively contributing. This allows us to be competitive and at the forefront of the latest developments in soft- and hardware. We are based in the center of Switzerland where technological innovation is thriving thanks to the presence of many global tech companies and local start-ups, as well as the proximity to one of the best-rated technical universities in the world, the ETH Zurich. Many of our employees not only hold Master’s degrees or PhDs from ETH or other technical universities, but also have decades of experience in the algorithmic and low-latency trading space. We combine this experience with the collaborative, research-based approach from academia thereby providing an extremely challenging and rewarding work environment that is fun and energizing.
