Teodora Jewelry

Teodora Jewelry is a company based on the creative works of jewelry artist Teodora Opris, a metalsmith whose focus is silver, semi-precious stones, pearls and hand dyed silk fabric flowers, woven into statement necklaces, spectacular earrings, large hand worked silver rings and wearable art pieces."My greatest influences are the places I travel to, obsess about, and dream of. With each collection I hope to paint a visual narrative, representing a sense of the location that inspired each piece within. My studies of Medieval life, arts and architecture have also greatly influenced my work over the years. I gather inspiration from my travels through small Medieval towns, photographing and taking notes along the way. Each evening I spend some time writing about my sense of the places I've explored and those things that have struck me the most, sometimes as simple as a door, wall or even the cobble-stones beneath.
