TEP Media grew to become the most widely read jobs directory for the Top 20 Universities in the UK. This was against competition from every major media conglomerate including two competitors from News Corp and one from Daily Mail and General Trust. Clients included many of the FTSE 100 largest UK corporations including The Bank of England, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Clifford Chance, Unilever etc. Its unique competitive advantage was its network of over 200 University professors and tutors who personally delivered copies of the publication to individual students. TEP also produced the UK's most popular online graduate numeracy test.
