Tepcos

Over the last 25 years Tetraco has been involved in many projects. The main lesson we have learned is that starting a project without completely understanding it is asking for trouble. Most project management systems do not really help because they concentrate on managing tasks without addressing the question whether such tasks should be completed in the first place. That is why Tetraco has developed its own project management system. It is called TEPCOS and it focuses on results instead of tasks.
