TEPPFA is the European Plastic Pipes and Fittings Association founded in 1991 with headquarters in Brussels. TEPPFA’s multinational company members and national associations across Europe represent 350 companies that manufacture plastic pipes and fittings for building and infrastructure applications. TEPPFA’s members have an annual production volume of 3 million tonnes directly employing people with €12 billion combined annual sales. TEPPFA positions itself as polymer neutral. As part of the TEPPFA 2021-2025 strategy, the activity focus is on demonstrating that: • Plastic Pipe Systems contribute to the circular economy. • Plastic Pipe Systems are sustainable both as an end use solution and during manufacturing. • Plastic Pipe Systems are high quality and durable solutions. TEPPFA’s final products are subdivided into 2 application or Building & Construction groups: 1. Above Ground applications in residential and non-residential building: Hot & cold water, surface heating & cooling, waste water discharge, rainwater drainage. Below Ground applications: Sewers, stormwater & drainage, drinking water & gas supply, cable ducts.
