I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and I've worked for nearly 20 years in worksite wellbeing. I have been trusted by the world's largest organizations to improve the health and well-being of their employees. I collaborate with experts in the field of behavior change and have led teams responsible for countless innovative well-being programs and tools. I know what works and what doesn't. I help my clients cut through all the fads to bring lasting results. In addition to coaching services I also offer worksite wellbeing consulting, facilitate wellbeing workshops and speak on topics such as Conquering Overwhelm and Managing Energy- Bringing Your Best Self to Work and Home.
