The mental healthcare system in the US is broken- There's an estimated (growing) deficit of over mental health workers - Getting an appointment with a psychotherapist can take weeks, if not months - And once you do get an initial appointment, psychotherapy is crazy expensive At Terapia Point we fix these issues by connecting clients in the US with therapists in Latin America, where they are in large supply and charge lower rates. Clients get same day initial appointments, pay a third of the usual cost and connect with their therapist through video-call. We're focused on the US hispanic population and plan to expand to english speakers soon.
