Our consultancy expertise is focussed on land administration and policy, customs, immigration, border control and governance improvement. We have extensive practical experience of delivering national level capacity building and governance improvement programmes across the world, including sub-Saharan Africa and in the Middle East with a particular emphasis in conflict, post-conflict and non permissive environments including working with the military. Teraquad also provides international training programmes focussing on effective land administration development, tailored to individual country contexts. Training can be delivered in the UK or in the client country. Teraquad maintains an extremely cost effective Technical Support Team capable of being deployed at short notice to instantly add qualified and experienced capacity to any development programme. This can act as a catalyst for further change by leading through example and can ensure that development programmes have the support they need to quickly become established or to regain lost momentum. The Technical Support Team is comprised of highly experienced former UK government civil servants that are frequently used to undertake critical, one-off project tasks such as record computerisation, large scale data mining and analysis, process re-engineering or the development of advanced documentary infrastructures allowing government departments or other client organisations to concentrate on their core businesses.
