Ternell

Ternell is a UNIST start-up founded in 2019. Ternell has vision is to lead AI semiconductor market by providing innovative low power computing solution with Ternary semiconductor backed by quantum tunneling. Currently Ternell focus to T-SRAM(Ternary SRAM) for on-chip cache memory of AI accelerator, reducing footprint and power consumption more than 50%. Ternell also has R&D piepeline for interesting ternary semiconductor product like T-CIM(Ternary Compute-In-Memory), T-CAM(Ternary Contents-Addressable-Memory) and PUF(Physical Unclonable Function) other than T-SRAM.
