One beautiful day the realization came that we actually practice some really good stuff on daily basis – in business management situations and also while dealing with people with very diverse backgrounds. Terra Brevis method was born from observations, trial and error, close acquaintance with intercultural communication theories and practices, and most of all – our own distinct experiences in managing difference. Within our team we have a variety of experiences in most challenging cultural situations, in-depth understanding of staff management, many years of international legal practice, great teamwork record with most amazing and challenging people, and background of successfully running international consulting projects.
