Terra Capital Partners is New York City based real estate credit asset manager. Our team works closely with owners, operating partners, and co-lenders to provide bespoke debt and equity solutions backed by existing and to-be-built commercial properties nationwide. We provide bridge and mezzanine loans, as well as make preferred and joint-venture equity investments. We are operated by a team of seasoned professionals who combine hands-on real estate experience, credit skills and sophisticated capital markets expertise.
