At Terra, we do more than develop land. We build communities. We take great pride in every project we work on – from major residential subdivisions to affordable housing and shelter projects. We built Regina's first joint public and catholic school (Jack MacKenzie and St. Gabriel schools) while developing the entire Windsor Park 116 hectare residential subdivision in the city's southeast end. In Regina's northwest, we are currently working on the Skyview neighbourhood. This neighbourhood, which is completely sold out, offers green space, parks and a naturalized storm detention area. The larger lot sizes in Skyview make it one of Regina's more prestigious areas. Regina's Maple Leaf Estates, an affordable housing project funded by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation, is a project we completed in 2008 that we hold dear to our hearts. This project, located near the Regina General Hospital, includes 43 homeownership condominiums and a 39-suite rental apartment. While designing this project, we worked hard to ensure the streetscape is both contemporary and a complement to the surrounding older neighbourhood. Over the past 30+ years, we've grown from a humble property management company into one of Saskatchewan's most trusted land development management companies.
